Eating fruits

I want to introduce fruits to my diet. Honestly, I'm not a fruit eater. Because I can only eat really sweet fruits and they are rare or either too watery. What are good fruits to add to my diet that doesn't contain a lot of fructose? Anyway, is fructose as bad as real sugar?

Anything ending in OSE is added sugar and not for people to eat. The sugars in fruit is quite ok. Even diabetics eat fruit. Try smoothies to get fruit into you and do not add sugars. The fruit should carry the smoothie drink. Good luck with this. Bananas, strawberries, apples, peaches, pears and oranges are all good for you and could be easily incorporated into your diet.
