what is the idle number of children a couple should have? Does it depends on the income or the love that a couple can provide?

As long as a familt can provide for their children I think it's their choise how many children they should have.

Ok first of all you have to discuss with your partner, and see how many children he/she wants. Then you have to depend on how much is your income, and whether you can afford to have the number of kids you want, as if you don't have the ability to provide them the basic essential and need, then you better don't bring them to this world, as it will only make them suffer. And you also have to consider how much time and attention both you and your partner can give to them. As for me, the ideal number of children I want is 3.

well, i have only one child as of now. he's a boy. i may say that i agree on that. it depends on the income that a family can provide because i don't want to get pregnant again until we are not financially able. but i want to have another baby maybe soon.
