malfunctioning of the LCD monitor of NV-GS35GC

sir,
the digital camera of the above mentioned model is 5months old .The problem is it's LCD monitor which stops working if i try to open it fully ie 90degrees ,but works upto 45 degrees of opening .should i get it serviced or can i do it myself.

Buddy i would suggest you not to touch it or try anything funny!
Just get it serviced and moreover its just 5 months old and it must be in its warranty period!
