How about the idea of a qualifications to would be mylotters?

Nothing to do with the English language. It's more of having somebody read the rules first and be certified as ok. Many unecesssary heartaches, headaches, questions and disappointments could have been avoided had a would be mylotter read the rules before joining. Just an idea. Do you think there are many who don't bother to read the rules?
