my earning at mylot was not updated for 8 Feb

I just found my earning was not updated for 8 Feb, and this is not the first time i didn't get my earning updated, it's been the 3rd time already, is it because the admin shortpaid or any other reasons? is anyone here encountered this kind of problem here?
