Does anyone know what to do with Windows Genuine Validation error?

I updated my Windows Media Player 10 to Windows Media Player 11 by using its default updating. And when the updating ends, its saying that my Windows is not Genuine. Can you help me please.. Dont know what to do =(

It's say your windows is not genuine you must used the illegal key to run that OS in your computers. there is way to manipulate it but I will not tell you because that was illegal. The best way you can buy windows XP programs to keep your OS updated.

Thanks for replying =) Sad to say, I really dont have original windows key in my PC. I guess all I have to do is re-format my PC. Thanks for all the replies.

There can be just 2 things u can do: 1. Buy a Original Windows CD and install it. or 2. Dont update the Windows or else it will always popup that genuine thing...

Thanks for your reply. It doesn't show in pop-up, it happens when I start windows media player and it doesnt show the player. It shows a text of not having windows genuine. Anyway thanks again.
