which global organisation has started agloco

i donno why but ther is a gut feeling there is hell money flowing with agloco and there needs to be done something or the other for it.iots a result and outcome of a great creative mind which has been at work.its really a brilliance and to know that there is something available for free and you can even earn through it then its win- win situation for almost everyone.but waht is he getting by giving a share in the agloco shares.so i have this one question.who is behind all this.
