Do you judge people by their avatar?

I wouldn't say judge, but I do think that whatever image they have, I do have to think that represents some of their personality - their interests, their tastes, etc. So I do think the avatar selection does give at least some impression of what the person is like.

I don't nesecarily judge them by their avatar ..I think it tells alittle about their personality ina way ..but I have seen some very ugly,cute,sad,awesome and funny avatars...I think its great that we can choose to use an avatar if we like ...I think people also tend to pick their avatar depending on how they were feeling that day too ..a lot od reasons behind them all ...but its fun to see all the different ones...

i like to design, and drawing so my eyes always is hungry for fresh image, colour, creative design and i like good design of avatar. when somebody avantar here is awful, i still want to be his/her friend. and respond their discusssion.differences make us complete^o^

I don't judge people by their avators but i know people add me because of mine as it has become a well known fact that mine is actually a picture of me and nearly all the people to add me are guys. I personally add them all yes but if i am browsing through i add people because of their intelect and not because of their picture... Sometimes I add people with wierd avators but i don't add them because their avator is wierd lol I add them because i have read their discussions or replies and would love them to reply to mine. They seem to be very wise etc and their opinion is one i can respect. I do see some avators that are 'scary' too though and it does make me think if they have that to represent them what are they actually like but it doesnt stop me from adding them lol

honestly nope.. why should i judge people by their avatar?? maybe i add them because i find them interesting and want to be friends with them =)..

Not really. Although it does make a person seem more or less interesting, in a way. I base more of my perceptions of other people through the replies they post and discussions they start on the site.

Not exactly. An avtar is only a choice of a person. But the entire personality is a different issue. We must always have correct idea about this. Thanks.

I don't think I judge. It's just that their avatars can tell me what pet they have, hobbies or sometimes just how they look like. It's not enough to judge someone from their avatars, I think.
