you probably made so little because your responses were very short. if you made 40 responses that were good quality then you would have probably made close to a dollar. but its hard to believe that you made only 4 cents from 40 responses. you must have mad one word responses.

Yikes, sorry to hear about it. There's so many reason for that to happen and i can't write it all here =). I have also experienced the same last 2 days ago but mylot carried over my uncredited earnings the following day. My advise is don't really on mylot so much to earn, find other sites that could add up to your mylot earnings. Its probably you are responding in a monosyllabus way. I did ever response to some discussion like 15 of them and was awarded 50 cents for that response. I think what you need is to really response in detail if possible to the discussion. The webmaster or the system will then recognise your effort. What is a response if you just answer ya, no or ok.
