Best games console of all time?

Which games console do you think has been the best of all time and wich games did you enjoy to play for hours on end? I think most people will just go for the one with best graphics or whatever but it would be good to see some people who put deep thought into givin a quality responce about their favourite games console. Thanks =)

hi ryanwelsh i own a ps2 and i have played a lot of games,but my favorite games ever is zelda of nintendo ,i guess nintendo has good games

my favorite is a toss up between playstation one and n64. these two systems had two of the best games of all time, at least i think so. you have zelda ocarina of time and final fantasy 7. i used to play both games for hours and even after i beat them both i still would play them over again because that is just how good those two games were. also metal gear solid was a great game that i would play over also when i beat it.
