i have used a range of contraception and i found that for a female a thing called an implanon is the best and it lasts for three years. no head aces and no pain.

The only perfect contraceptive out there would be abstinence as you are never really completely safe unless you do nothing at all . You can take precautions but this does not enable you to be 100% safe .

Total abstinence is the best contraceptive. Maybe not the most enjoyable but the best.
