The success is not easy to obtain. First of all, you must have the right direction and passion. Second, and this is the most important, you must pay hard work to acquired. Today, the people around me always think to find some shortcut to gain high grade or large money. I think they are wrong. They had the passion to success, but they have not realize that success must depend on your strive.

Most people you will encounter in this life, who managed to be successful in their endeavors, have achieved their successes the hard way. They have been through college, pursued higher education like masteral and doctoral degrees while working, worked dedicatedly for years not counting the effort and overtime work rendered and sacrificing a lot of time which could have been spent for fun and enjoyment of sorts. However, there a few who had it by luck. Like those who won big amounts in the lottery, earned high financial gains in a single deal or struck it good in the money market. For us, playing safe, the first alternative is the better option. It is not good to be leaving our good fortune to fate. It will be a welcome thing if good luck comes along our way while we are striking it hard in our desire for achieving success.

Great! Little people make a huge money by gambling or other risky way. you must realize that this is only few men and it cann't stand for the major. We cann't wish we get the success by this risy ways, before acquire this huge money, you maybe become a beggar or ciminal . Passion and hard work we needed to build ourselves world.

I agree. Hard work is needed for one to succeed in life. Also, opportunity is somewhat involved. Hard working people have a knack in putting themeselves in a really good situation (opportunity). =)
