I do worry a lot but I should not. The slightest thing that happens out of the ordinary makes me worry. I guess it has to do with the fact that I calculate everything even if it has no numbers, fractions, percentages or such like. I find a way to calculate it and make a final decision on the matter when it finally is closed. How about you and the others out there? Worrying is not what we should do. We should let Faith take its role in our lives and then we will not worry. I am working on it as we speak. How about you.

Hi Iron_Cider; As i have stated i am indeed a worrywort. To the point that i have panic attacks every day and am on meds for it (thats why the joke about the nerve pill, lol) These attacks started at 18 and i am 32 now so i guess i will be working on this for the rest of my life. :) I am even trying meditation :) Take care SheMatrix

No, I usually don't worry too much. I think that is a bad quality about me, but it is my personality to not worry too much. I'm not saying I don't worry because I do. I'm saying that I don't let my worries get the better of me. An example is when my friend hit his head really hard when he tripped, I helped him up and out of the situation, but I didn't go into a nervous, panicking wreck. I coped with the situation and calmed myself down with a couple of deep breaths and it ended up well.

good for you. its a behaviour that one would like to have. But its not easy right? Sometimes even though we know that worrying is bad then we can't avoid. coping up with any situation can show what kind of person you are.

I can be a worrywart at times. I worry a lot about things like finances and household appliances breaking down, or get myself all stressed out trying to plan an event and make it perfect instead of just realizing that if something goes wrong people will just go with the flow. It's funny, although I worry a lot in the planning stages of things I'm usually pretty calm when they're actually going on and can be the cool-headed problem solver in a crisis or sticky situation.

I am DEFINATLY what one would call a "worry Wort". I find the best way to cope is just to take it one day at a time and let things come, cause we all know that worrying about something will NOT stop it from happening right? :) If you are too stressed, go to a place where you feel secure and relaxed and just take time for YOU, read, write, watch TV, just turn your mind off. :) And when all else fails, do as i do, lol take a nerve pill!! lol Peace out and relaxxxx....

i am a worrier too but now i have learned to cope up with every situation. you are right worrying won't stop to make it happen, so i'd rather do some solutions in a way things can be lighter.
