There is a software tool called wingrep that can be freely downloaded from the site www.wingrep.com. By using this software one can do an efficient searching on the files for a given pattern. Instead of writing scripts/grep commands in unix, this tool can be used to search for a particlar patten in a single or multiple files at a time. This tool is too good.
