Valley Fever

Has anyone heard of Valley Fever? My dog had a test for it and it came back positive. I don't know much about it but she has to be on medication for a year! She is really sick and I cant stand to see her like this. She is the sweetest dog I have ever known. She is a pitbull and if people who think all pitbulls are mean knew her they would change their mind.

I am sorry that your dog is sick. I see nothing wrong with having a pitbull. They are only mean if they are taught that way. And that is true for any dog. But anyway, I have heard of Valley fever but I thought only humans got it, so I did a little research. I found a few websites if you want to take a look at them. I hope your baby feels better soon. Thanks for bringing up this topic. I had never heard of it before. I am about to get 2 dogs and I want to be up on the latest dangers to them. I hope your dog gets better, I cannot stand to see an animal in pain.
