Teriyaki stir fry

1 tbs. oil 1/2 cup sliced yellow onions 1/2 cup julienne sliced carrots 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips 1 cup snow peas 1 pkg. (18 oz.) turkey breast strips in teriyaki sauce Hot cooked rice Heat oil in a wok or lg. skillet over med. high heat. Add onion and carrots. Saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add bell pepers and cook for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp tender. Remove veggies from skillet, set aside Add teriyaki turkey to wok. Cook turkey until warmed through. Return veggies to skillet or wok and heat until warmed though. Serve over hot rice.

That really sound good I don't eat much turkey but I can follow those ingredients and use some other kind of meat. I have a wok. I haven't used it yet.

I usually substitute chicken or shrimp in for the turkey used in this recipe. Tofu would work well for vegetarians as well. It's time to break out that wok and start cooking!

This one sounds good like all your receipes do. Doesn't seem like it would take too long to make. You know were I have this one stored, in the folder that I made for all your receipes.
