How to reduce cross-cultural exploitation

We see that due to internet boom lot of people are taking advantage of others on internet..One culture perceive other as weak or vulnerable type..Is there anyway we can stop that? Can we overcome human feelings and be square to solve this problem

Hey take an example in real life The stronger one will always dominate the weak thats the darwin's theory ie., survival of the fittest This cannot be stopped as it is natural The strong will continue to lead !
