Do you put sugar for your cup of coffee or tea?

i don`t really like sweet tea or coffee. how much you put sugar to your cup of coffee or tea?

i hate to drink tea with too much sugar, one teaspoon does well, and now a days i sometimes drink with much less sugar, my father-in law has diabetes so i first make his tea and then add sugar for other members of the family, so sometimes i drink the same tea i have prepared for my father-in-law
