highdeveloped countries supremacy over developed contries:agree/disagree

yes i agree... the developed countries are always trying to keep the underdeveloped countries in the status quo position.... so that they may remain... the superpower.... they use different tactics for keeping the underdeveloped countries .... poorer and more poorer.... the major tactic used for is the LOAN or Aid.... through loans they ....instigate and provide the chances to the goverments and their officials ....for mis-using this loan so that their country become begger to developed countries.... and in this .... they practically govern the underdeveloped countries.... this is the game of economics..... the war of iraq was for what? just to get control over the oil fields....
