she was one of the greatest person in the last century, she helped a lot of poor people to survive in extremly poor conditions, her religious organization is still alive and operating here in Italy for international adoptions. Mother Teresa is such an epitome of loving without having to think of being loved in return. She lived a very exemplary life of serving the poorest of the poor people in India.

Who doesn't know about Mother Teresa? She founded the missionaries of charity in India. I still remember that she received the Magsaysay award for Peace and International understanding and she was also beatified by the Pope.

Mother Teresa spent most of her life time helping the poor people in India. She started to join the Sister of Loretto at 18. Her hard works had won her lots of awards. In 1973 she was awarded the Templeton Prize. I respect her very much because she cared for the needy just like Jesus did. Her behaviour showed the world how God loves people on earth.

A few years before her passing, Mother Teresa came to the Bronx in New York City and stood at the convent where she had opened her first Church. She attended mass and I was present. After the mass she stood at the door of the Church and blessed everyone as they were leaving and she also gave everyone a medal of the Blessed Mother which I have and cherish very much. What a wonder feeling to know that I was touched and blessed by a Saint.
