I work all the day, I feel the tenson in my head

Recently, I am assigned to complete an task in these days. So I must do my work days and nights. I feel tenson in my head now and worry I cann't fullfill this assignment in limited time.I think I must become crazy if this condition continue a month. I think I need some method to relax myself.
