Do you know a good way to loose weight?

Can anyone tell me a good way to loose weight. what should i eat , what i shouldn`t eat? i go to gym ... workout... but what should i eat to loose weight but still have all the necessary vitamins in my body?

Loosing weight is not that easy ..How much you want to loose is it a lot?For me i have also a problem loosing weight but,not that much ..i eat more fibrous meal in breakfast like oats,yougart and little bit of fresh fruits sure not to skip breakfast to balance your sugar..Take a heavy lunch like lean meats(Turkey,chicken white meat avoid pork and red meat)see to it you eat evry 2 hrs. like small snacks (becoz you do GYM)Be sure to eat your supper before 6 and have a little of snacks around 8 or 9 pm.drink lots of water at least 8 glasses not to include your juice consumption.Dont get stressed it makes you crave for food.You have to balance your calorie intake according to what your body needs.i hope that will help.. if you want to learn more go to e-diets .com theres a lot of information on how to loose weight...

thanks man.. really appriciate it... i don`t really eat bread , pasta ... i eat pork but i`ll get it out of my "menu". i drink about 2 liters of water a day... i don`t eat oats , i like them but didn`t find the time to eat at breakfast (school in the mornin`). i`ll try to wake up earlier to eat in the morning. thanks for the advice , hope it works.
