Can you still "Smile" even when your heart is aching?

Well we all know that heart aches are normal, specially when your love one's died/lost/broke up with you... But can u still smile even if your heart is aching? eventually some people can still smile, maybe because their feelings are just "not true/falls" or they just cheated what if your gf/bf is cheating on you can u still smile?

ive never been into a relationhip but i think if this happens to me, i could still smile even if my heart is aching. im a person who can mask or hide what i feel.
