tiger form gung-fu/instruction aids

having studied several arts since the age of two (i'm now twenty eight) I thought that i had collected as much information and instruction in the arts as i would ever want.I recently met a Polish guy who had studied, as he called it, Tiger form. I have trauled the net for information on techniques as there are no instructers where i stay but to no avail. This particular form has captured my attention and interest and though i can find much historical information on differant regional variations of the form i cant find info on precise techniques, the small amount of video clips iv'e found are quite poor quality and therefore not very usefull. Does any body know a site where i might find pictoral or frame by frame indications of the form, its a beutifully fast, deceptive and powerfull form and i would truly like to know more than i mannaged to extract from a short time spent in the company of the above mentioned practitioner.
