First I would smile, if he smiles back that will start the introduction, the hi and hellos... sounds easy, isn't it?

You could always use some lame line that a lot of people use like "haven't I seen you somewhere before..." LOL like that ever works... Yeah Id go with Hi Im... and go from there...
