How does MYLOT earnings work?

How do you get points? For discussions, for answers? Is there a formula somewhere I can look at. How much does everyone here make?

here, they dont give points but cents in every post, response, and uploads!...there's no formula in computing your earnings!...the one who computed the earning is the mylot organizers!...they dont show the ormula because it is confidential!...
