It is personal taste. Some peiple may like to have Coffee and some may like to have tea. I personally prefer Tea to Cofee, for the main reason that I feel I am addicted to it. I consume many cups of Tea each day. I would like to have Tea without much of milk in it as I think I am not fine at didesting milk like many adults who do suffer from, Lactose intolerance. Tea is rich inanti oxidants which rae very good antistress factors and anti aging factors too. Tea is said to be an astringent and keeps your digestive tract secretions under control. Green tea is rich source of antioxidants when compared with the traditinal processed tea. A cup of Tea provides with good calories of energy from the sugar you are adding to your Cup of tea, Vitamins, trace elements, Caffein and anti oxidants and because of all these suppliments we feel better after having a cup of tea. What can be a more satisfying and pleasing than to have a hot cup of tea early in the morning in your cosy bed ?
