He was the Yankees pitcher who crashed his plane in New York yesterday. Do you think he should have been allowed to fly down in Manhattan like that with only 400 hours of flight experience?

Yup i know there was a lot of controversy regarding the same
I think thats the ignorance on the behalf of giving him a license so early , knowing the fact that he was amature
