Can You Answer Your Own Questions?

Hey, I'm not really exercised about this, but I'm just curious. Do you guys notice that a lot of people have issues that they raise and ask everyone's opinion but never state their own? I don't mind answering these questions, and I go ahead and do it usually, but I like to see the original poster start out with his own response or viewpoint. Even if you say "some people think _________________ and others think________________it's a little bit better jumping-off point to me. What does everyone else think? Do you usually state your own viewpoint, do you care or even notice if others do?

This discussion has already been started by another user. In fact, this is the same discussion, word for word, that was started 3 days ago.

I actually made a post of my mylot pet peeves and that was was of them. I figure that if someone is going to start off a discussion we should at least hear where they stand on the subject. I normally don't respond to those kind of discussion.. I just rate them - and move on.

i never even thought about it before. sometimes i state my viewpoint, sometimes i don't. it depends on the question i have. if i have a question where some people have stated their opinion, i type that to find what other people think. but some of my questions, i haven't had anyone give any views yet and that is why i just ask the question without putting a viewpoint. to me it doesn't matter if people ask questions without putting a viewpoint.
