Who's the best disciplinarian?MOM or DAD?

My husband is mostly the one to have an upper hand with the kids.

In my view of point it is only the mother who can teach manners to their children better than dads. Fathers also does this but very rare chances they get and many few come under the list as they lack the patience. Even in case of my son it is my wife who does this all the time and she succed all the time. So,i think it is moms who can make well disciplined children.

i guess, it all depends on whoever is more visible to the child. in our case, although my husband and i are equally visible to our daughter, i am more of the disciplinarian in the family and he is more of a spoiler. it doesn't matter really who disciplines the child as long as both parents know that they should support (and not contradict) each other when it comes to disciplining their children.

For me, the best desciplinarian are the fathers. Maybe because fathers are more strict than mothers. That's only my opinion though, i don't know with others.
