what you says Talent Management

Now a days companies are talking about Talent Management, they says that they are short of talented peoples and when it comes for recruitment they ask for higher and higher degree people. Infact there are lot of people who are good in IT and Management but don't have degrees.
What are your views on this issue ?

Well I think degress are the standard. You must have to take it. How on earth can anyone Justify You. You have to show ur self and prove your self. Thats why the degrees are necessary.And I think It is the right way.
