I cant sleep at night.. what do I do..?

I am not able to sleep at nights. This causes a hard time working in the day. I feel sleepy during the day time. What do I do..

Try taking Tylenol PM to help you sleep as its not addicting. If you are afraid to do that or still have problems after that then get to a doctor to get some help!

During night time just stick to mylot!!!
