first i decide what i want to have.. then prepare a plan and at last dry run the concept before taking it in action.. it give me success in 80% cases.. so i feel happy... what abt u? do u plan the stuff?

Pretty close, I have my two boys a great marriage and just bought our first home. So I would say I am getting there.
