how to improve my spoken english?

I think my english isn't bad, because in almost every english examination i can get a good point,It is always over 80 . when i was in my high school,english was my strong point.but since i came into a university,when spoken english was added to my major course ,my confidence is disapppear for i can't speak english or talk with others in english well.please give me some suggestion? thank you!

You can watch english films, it might help you....always bring with you your english dictionary, it can help you increase your vocabulary words...

I suggest reading newspapers (online is OK) and watching TV and movies. Also, try to get a language partner--someone who wants to learn your language and help you with English. I also have a blog set up to help Chinese English learners at http://chinaefl.blogspot.com I'm still trying to figure out how to add sound. But most of the posts deal with phrases that are spoken and not written. Hope it helps.

Well, I'm also not fluent in english... But just try to watch english films, it might help you increase your vocabulary words in english!
