You know my PC had been infected with that same virus too, the trojan virus. And the technician who checks my pc cannot remove it eventhough he used many anti virus. We can't do anything but to reprogram it.

First of all you need to install antivirus( I prefer you to install kaspersky antivirus )And set up all the settings that you require...And it will block everything that you do not want...when you do that kav ask for actions to be taken against services like to allow that exe or other programs.. It's good try it as I also use that antivirus

I hope the Trojan would have been removed by you,by now. If not, visit the following siye and download antivirus software FREE,from the LINK section:- http://veerar-merryblogging.blogspot.com You cam also use MS software,if you are using windows OS.please visit "windows update". You can also visit,go to technology, and then to DOWNLOAD.This will also take you to windows update. www.msn.com MS offers, very good,anti-virus,ani-spyware and anti-malware. Have a firewall and an anti-hijack software in your PC.You can get all these and more from the first site, mentioned above. Please download "Advanced Search bar" too. It'llhelp you in deleting cookies, history etc in no time, and help keep your PC in tip-top condition.

trojan - trojan
what's the symbol? did you get any error message or something not function? 1. run offline scan and online scan at safety.live.com, remove whatever find 2. you should try is restart your computer to safe mode (press F8 when start the computer) and see do you have the same problem in safe mode. if the problem you have is related to internet, then you may need try safe mode with networking(press F8). 3. if the problem does not happen in safe mode or safe mode with networking, then you need to do a clean boot troubleshooting which you can follow http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353/en-us if the same problem happens in safe mode or safe mode with networking, then you need to find the trojan's name and search on your computer and registry, remove them

it's quite simple run your windows on safemode then look at your msconfig system see what file loaded when windows restart. if you not find anything strange and you sure the file name it's trojan rename it then restart again in safe mode and delete it. restart to check again if the trojan still alive.. the last way you can do is reinstall your system or contact the antivirus vendor.

Just log on to the symantec site. Search for Blackmal.exe there. Download this file to your system & run it. You will see a result within a moment. Hope it will work...

If you have the name of it, A basic internet search engine should find you a program (hopefully freeware) that should remove it for you or atleast give you instructions on removing it.
