is mylot cheating me?

on january 25,i've reached my $10 mark and mylot said that it will process my payments before february 15 to my paypal account.but when i checked my earnings yesterday,it showed $10.29.but the amount in my account day before yesterday was $11.39.also,mylot says that i'm qualified for march payment and my earnings will be transferred on or before march 15.what does this mean?has it happened to you before?
