Dont know what to do

I have given my mobile phone to my boyfriend, he said that his going to return the next day but its after 3 weeks now he never returned my mobile he is keep on saying tommorrow. Im lost i dont know what to do. It reaaly hurts me alot because Iam still doing payments. I hope u will help me.

if you guys are still together then maybe talk it out. some other things is to suspend the service ( don't cancel it), if he's gainfully employed then maybe you could get a "deposit" from him and get another phone added to your line and when the deposit runs out if he does't pay suspend the phone.
My brother did me like that and I would suspend the phone when he would pay. it helped to releive stress for me, cause I didn't have th $ to pay both bills.
