I get off work come home play with the kids for an hour then it is bed time for the kids and then I sit on the couch or at my computer watch tv then go to bed around 12:00am..
We have a similar routine. After playing with my children I either use the computer for a bit or watch a little tv. Then I talk to my wife about how her day went. If we're still not sleepy we watch a movie.
