Do u eat enough vegetables???

hi iam in diet ,so, i redeced the nonvetarian foods..and regularly i used to take,veg salads ,raita, veg curries etc...did veg foods helps to reduce weight???

yeah, i don't eat veg food enough i think, almost everyday i eat meat morethan veg food. I don't know, but i don't like the veg food too much. Yeah the veg food can help you to reduce weight, but it's not good if you have much activities especially sportman.

Fruits and vegetables are proven to help in reducing weight. High fiber fruits and vegetables are great aid in weight reduction. Meaning, foods like potatoes and bananas are not advisable to be taken in large amounts by anyone who is on a diet. Green leafy vegetables, string beans, guavas, papayas, pineapples, grapes, and apples to name a few will do you much good. Never take foods the fast food chains have to offer, they are very fattening.
