why don't my images move?

i really want to know that why just my gif images and my avtar don't move on my discussions!?they move alright in my profile but when i open my started discussions or those in which i had replied they just don't move at all and looks like a clip only!:( can anyone help me know the reason for that? do i need some kind of rating for it to look as it really is?

I think you have to resize it or something. But I can see you already did that. I like your avatar and the way it moves very cool.
