What makes a good wife?

There is no universal rule. It depends on situation . But in my opinion honesty and understanding makes a good wife.

a loving arms to go home to, a listening ear to share your days' work, a sight to see, a shoulder to cry on, a hand to help you with everything, a loving heart, a wisdom to share your thoughts... i could go on and on... always be there for your husband and your family - that'll make you a good wife

Just a pinch of love in a woman...makes her a good wife!

What I think makes a good wife is being there for the husband through his ups and downs. In sickness and in health.

I think a good wife is someone who is supportive and loving. A wife and husband should be best friends and agree on their roles in the marriage before the get married.

As I say to my kids when something really gets to me, "Oh dear, Princess Atta!" What makes a good wife...hhhhmmmm...read Proverbs 31 and you'll see. It makes the wife seem like a perpetual slave with NO time to herself...everything is devoted to G-d, her husband, her family, her house, and then to herself.

a wife is the husband's partner not only in love but in life. a good wife is someone who is able to make her husband a better and more improved person. someone who can give encourage to her husband when he is down, someone who can help the husband in whatever he needs especially when it comes to family matters, someone who can show the husband that after every rain is a rainbow... the eyes when the husband becomes blind the ears when the husband becomes deaf the voice when the husband becomes mute

I think the key is communication with your partner, that's a major problem that many people face in marriage.
