What can you do to fall asleep??

ey guys,
I was wondering..........if you guys have any advice as to what I should do. I can't sleep at night. I mean i go to bed around 11 or something, but i am wide awake like an owl until 2 or 3 AM. The next day i'm really tired, but still i can't sleep at night.
What should I do now?? help pls
