paxil give me realy heavy periods does anyone else have that problem?

I have been taking Paxil for about six years and I must say that my periods are abnormally heavy, including clotting. I am in the process of finding a new doctor. I never thought about Paxil having anything to do with it, but you may be right. I will have to find out for myself. I had tried a lot of medications before Paxil and it is the only one that did not give me too many side effects. Thanks for that information.

I started out on 10mg and didn't notice any difference in my periods and I'm now on 20mg and I still haven't noticed any difference. Did you talk to you doctor about it? Maybe it was something else entirely that should be looked into. Good luck either way!
