Are ghosts true?

I really wonder if ghosts are true. But I've heard a lot of testimonials that ghosts are really true. I once heard from my father way back in my childhood days that he had seen a ghost of my grandmother. I also heard stories from my realtives from their own experience. I really want to know if ghosts really exist because I think the people who experienced ghosts are just manipulated by their mind for they are always thinking that ghosts really exists. Can you share some of your ghost experience?
