I submitted my resume, but still there's no response.

I am busy right now actually that's why I can't post like before. But after my feasibility study, which will end in the last week of february, I am free. I have more free time even in school, I won't be doing anything. I submitted my resume on the shop adjacent to our school building, they posted there that they are hiring, but after a week, I haven't received a call from them. I wonder why, am I not qualified? I presented my resume as good as it can but why? It's really hard to find a job these days. I am qualified because I met the criterias. MAybe some people there hate me.
