How many times in a day do you pray?

Are you the type person that prays often in a day. Thank God for all the blessings that come to you on that particular day?? Or just find time to pray what ever you want to say to God?? For I know some people who do find time to pray and thank God for all the things they are enjoying? What can you say on those kind of person?
