Saw a boy steal the wallet but he has other guy that you know you is with him!

You accidentally saw a boy who stole the wallet of the lady without the lady knowing that her wallet was being stole but you know that boy has with 2 man around the vicinity. Would you tell the lady that her wallet was being stole in spite of knowing that there are other two guys watching you??
