How to get pregnant?

There are so many ways I have heard that will help you get pregnant. Like being butt in the air, and having him stay in longer. Do you know of any others?

The only thing which can make you pregnant is that male sperm should enter you.That is the only way you can get pregnant or I should say the easiest way.

I know that but I have a syndrome that it is hard to get pregnant. So I am trying to find out the way to make sure there is a effective way to get pregnant. Thank you for the response.

Every time my wife decided to get pregnant she was. I think the best is to be relaxed and enjoy it not to stress about it. but the pillow method is probably the best with your buttocks raised upon the pillow.
