How do i merge two or more images in Photoshop CS2 or Paint Shop Pro 7?

you can use "merge selected layers" on the layers menu.

Define what you mean by merge? Do you mean you want to merge some of the layers together? Flatten an image? Or like a photomerge, where you take several pictures from different positions and merge them together to create on big image? http://your-graphic-design.blogspot.com/
