Attention Shoppers!!! Hey have you ever ordered something off of TV and when you received it you got more then what you thought you were going to get???? Well chances are that you did order these extras and I will tell you why....when you place your order over the phone with a sales rep they are there to sell the package plus additional add ons....now when you call the 1-800 number to place that number is designed to place the order for the specific product shown on TV....now once you give your information such as billing info and shipping info you order has been placed...now you will be offered additonal items if you do not want these items and the sales rep keeps offering items to you ask for a supervisor to end the sales call that way you will not receive anything additional to the item you originally called in for....now you will hear the word free but belive me nothing is for free everything has a charge so DO NOT accept any free items they are additional and have an additional charge...stay tuned in for more ordering help.

You really do have to pay close attention to all of the information that is given to you. Those free items can end up costing you a load of cash. Not to mention the shipping fees are never refunded.

That is why before I hang up I make them go over what I have ordered and how much it will be exactly. If it is more I ask them to explain it. I ordered a free set of peral necklace and earings (just pay S&H) and I got something like that. They kept saying since you are ordering today you can get this for this price. I said no thank you i'll stick with the originall order. It when on for like 10 minutes. I eventually started sounding like a recording. No thank you. No thank you. No thank you. I did get them and just had top pay for the S&H and that was it.
